I am Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Utah. I teach
courses in International Relations Theory and World Politics, United States
Foreign Policy and Comparative Foreign Policy, and Security Studies. I received my Ph.D from UCLA, my M.A. from New York University, and my B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at
